Bottom line: If you book a 2+ night stay between now and the end of March as well as a 2+ night mid-week stay this summer, we will send you a refund of $300.00.

Not so fine print
The only stipulations are that you pay in advance for your mid-week summer stay, book a minimum stay of 2 days during both seasons, and there are no refunds on cancellations.
